Modern, minimalist, super cozy: In our holiday homes in the trendy Bauhaus style, you can spend the night in absolute peace and quiet and a great ambience in the middle of nature.

Our cabins combine sustainability with a reduced, modern design. They are available in two sizes - Cabin Cozy (30 sqm, for 1-5 people) and Cabin Max (54 sqm, for 4-6 people).

The open room concept and the walls made of natural wood ensure lightness and an atmosphere in which you simply have to feel comfortable. Each cabin has a large, open living and dining area and offers plenty of storage space.
On cold days, the underfloor heating under the oak parquet flooring creates a cozy atmosphere. Good to know: All cabins are barrier-free. In addition, there is one handicapped-accessible Cabin Max at each location.
IN TUNE WITH NATURE
Indoor-outdoor living reimagined: The large panoramic windows flood the cabins with daylight and offer a spectacular view of the surrounding nature.
Through the sloping roof window above the bed you have a clear view of the sky, you can fall asleep under the stars and be woken up by the first rays of sun of the day. The sliding glass door leads to the terrace for a relaxing breakfast or a sundowner after an eventful day.

GOOD NIGHT!
Anyone who is out in the fresh air during the day needs to relax at night. We want you to sleep as well with us as you do at home - or even better! Each cabin has a large, comfortable king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single, high-quality Bonell spring mattresses and cuddly soft bed linen.
Some cabins even have two of these double beds on top of each other. Perfect for families or holidays with friends. All cabins also have a large panoramic window sill that you can fold out to create a comfortable sofa bed and relaxation area (60/120 x 200 cm lying surface).

The Harz region also provides what is probably the most important ingredient for a good night's sleep: absolute peace and quiet. Sleep like a dream and start the day completely relaxed - it doesn't get any better than that.
FRESH START TO THE DAY
Spacious , stylish, modern: Our bathrooms look like they came straight out of a luxury hotel.
Each cabin has its own bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and plenty of natural light. White Grohe ceramics, a large mirror and plenty of storage space and shelves make the bathroom a real wellness oasis that you won't want to leave!
Practical: The Velux window in the sloping roof is electrically operated and even closes automatically when it rains. You can order terry cloth hand and bath towels when booking.
TIME FOR ENJOYMENT
Each cabin is equipped with a modern branded kitchen with high-quality appliances.
A refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, a multi-function oven with convection function, grill and microwave as well as plenty of dishes, tea towels and cooking utensils: here you will find everything you need to pamper yourself during your Harz adventure.
There is also plenty of space for enjoyment: at the large dining table with a view through the panoramic window and under the open sky on your private terrace - the choice is yours.
SMART & CONNECTED
Smart door locks without keys that can be opened and closed with a smartphone or a key card, continuously dimmable lights and a room climate sensor that tells you when the perfect moment to ventilate is: with our innovative smart home technology, you can easily control your cabin from your tablet.
You can play your favorite music via the Sonos Smart Speaker. The electricity for the electrically operated windows is green and comes from a modern photovoltaic system on the roof.
SAUNA & WELLNESS
What could be better than a relaxing wellness session after an eventful day in the Harz? Some of our cabins have a private cabin sauna with an outdoor shower and direct access from your own terrace. Body and soul can relax in the simple, elegant sauna houses made of natural spruce wood. Up to four people can use the sauna at the same time.

A good view is included: thanks to the large panoramic window, every sauna session becomes an unforgettable natural experience. Want privacy? No problem - just close the sliding slats on the windows.
GREEN & GOOD
Our cabins are made of robust spruce wood and are brought to the Harz in one piece - including the furnishings. The smart transport saves a lot of CO2 emissions.
The manufacturer of our cabins is certified for sustainable production in the field of modular house construction. In order to protect the environment, only sustainable building materials, preferably wood, are used .
Speaking of the environment: In the elsPARCS you live close to nature. The cabins are raised, there is no sealing of the ground and the rainwater seeps away freely. This means that small creatures and greenery retain their habitat under the holiday homes. The paths are made of limestone gravel , so the rainwater can seep away freely here too. In summer, medicinal and rare plants bloom in the flower meadows, which we mix into fresh teas. Herb bushes smell fragrant and you can help yourself to the many fruit trees and fruit bushes at any time during your stay.
Our electricity is also green : with our PV system on the roofs of the cabins and the external storage, we cover up to 80 percent of our electricity needs ourselves.
